The Association Joins Forces with Jordanian Cardiac Society for Heart Health

The Association and the Jordanian Cardiac Society (JCS) are collaborating together to aim at enhancing the quality and reach of cardiovascular care in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

October 2024

Along with expansion of care for chest pain, heart failure and coronary artery disease is a focus on Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic Health, a new initiative for the Association that is designed to tackle broader health issues affecting patients with both cardiovascular and metabolic conditions.

These heart health partners seek to improve services at Jordanian Chest Pain Centers, focusing on the following key steps:

• Assess and identify systemic gaps and disparities in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) care.

• Develop consistent, guideline-based care to improve outcomes.

• Establish coordinated certification programming to elevate care standards.

• Regularly measure certification performance and implement improvements.

Together, the Association and JCS will work to reduce health care inequities and improve cardiovascular care outcomes!
